What are your shipping times?

  • Express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

What are your shipping costs?

  • Standard shipping is Free for orders over $100 and $8.00 for orders under.
  • Express shipping is $15.00.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently at this time we are only shipping within the United States 

Do you offer tracking? 

  •  Yes, tracking numbers are provided with every order.

What if my package gets lost?

  •  We provide tracking for every order, and once it's shipped, we advise customers to contact the carrier for any delivery issues.

How do I place an order?

  • Once you finalized your selections, you'll be able to review your cart and proceed to payment from there.

When will my order ship?

  • Once your order is confirmed, we'll ship it within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number via your preferred method, and you will be able to track your delivery every step of the way.

What happens when an item is out of stock?

  • When an item is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately via your preferred communication method and offer either a backorder option or a full refund. 

How will I know my order has been shipped?

  • Once your order has been shopped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via your preferred communication method. You'll be able to monitor your delivery from there.
